Our founders are security people first and security is a consideration of every decision we make. Today, nothing is 100% secure. Our Analysis of LLM User Agreements re: Their Protection of Yours and Our Data

In order to provide you with a business AI agent, we needed to connect our technology stack to one of the Large Language Models (LLMs). This is the technology you have heard so much about that can derive meaning from human written text content.

Before we did that we wanted to know if and how they protected the data we give them access to in order for their AI models to drive our AI agents.

After studying the options and for now (subject to change for our own or our client's needs), Agent Farm uses the enterprise version of OpenAI GPT 4.0 as our LLM. Their agreement claims that we own our data, they don't use it for training, and they don't retain the data beyond 30 days. Because there is no independent way to verify these claims, we recommend that our clients NOT provide any sensitive data to the LLMs--especially at first as you are becoming familiar with the process.
